Trump said a lot about protecting, unifying, and respecting on Tuesday - and he has never demonstrated any action to lend credence to those ideals. Years ago we had rampant corruption in this country with Tammany Hall in NY, corrupt Chicago dealings, Louisiana Governors Huey P. Long and Edwards, and Nixon's Watergate. But currently, the Trump ethic is the most obvious example of corruption on display. Politics is brushed aside and dirty deals in the public's face is the order of the day.
